Why is this happening?
At Yapstone, we are continuously looking for ways to improve the products and services we provide our customers. With this in mind, we have made the decision to sunset our existing International Payment Platform as we focus on building our new global platform.
· VRBO, your marketplace, will be able to support you in finding a new payment provider. Please reach out to VRBO directly for details regarding the options available to you.
· Yapstone will release any funds we are holding for future bookings to your account on or about 31st March 2022. Should there be additional installments due after this date you will need to arrange payment of this with your guest directly.
What do I do if I receive a refund request after March 31st?
· As Yapstone will have released all funds to your account, from this date onward you will be responsible for managing all guest refunds.
What should I do if I get a chargeback after March 31st?
· As the merchant, you will remain responsible for chargeback and other obligations that you incur after termination of the Client Services Agreement. In addition, you are required to assist Yapstone in disputing any chargebacks on your behalf. For your convenience, a copy of the Client Services Agreement is available here.
